How to Buy a Product: A Simple Step-by-Step Guide

Shopping at the Quacky Duck Time store is easy! Follow these simple steps to get your favorite music-themed products.

Step 1: Go to the Shop

Step 2: Browse and Choose Your Product

  • Scroll through the page to see all our available products.

  • Click on any product you like (e.g., a t-shirt or mug) to see its Product Page.

Step 3: Select Your Options (on the Product Page)

  • On the product page, choose your desired options, such as:

    • Size (e.g., S, M, L, XL)

    • Color (e.g., Navy Blue, Heather Gray)

    • Style (if applicable)

  • You can also change the Quantity if you want more than one.

Step 4: Add the Item to Your Cart

  • Once you’ve selected all options, click the yellow “Add to Cart” button.

  • You will see a confirmation message, and the item will be saved in your shopping cart.

Step 5: Review Your Cart & Proceed to Checkout

  • Click on the “Cart” icon (usually at the top right of the page) to view your selections.

  • Review the items, quantities, and the total price in your cart.

  • When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Step 6: Enter Your Shipping & Billing Information

  • On the checkout page, you will need to fill in your details:

    • Billing Details: Your first name, last name, country, street address, city, zip code, phone number, and email address.

    • Shipping Address: If different from your billing address.

Step 7: Choose Your Payment Method

  • Under the “Payment” section, you will see PayPal as the payment option.

  • Click to select it. You will then be redirected to the secure PayPal website to log in and complete your payment.

Step 8: Place Your Order!

  • After you complete the payment on the PayPal site, you will be automatically redirected back to our website.

  • You will see an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Please keep this email for your records.

What Happens Next?

After you place your order:

  1. We receive your order information.

  2. Our trusted printing partner, Printful, automatically gets the order and starts creating your product.

  3. Once your item is printed, packed, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!
